Christmas Delivery Cut-Off

To receive your order before Christmas, please place your order by midnight on Thursday, 12th December.

Orders placed after this date will still be processed promptly, but due to peak-season courier demand, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Tracked delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

United Kingdom

We ship globally to most destinations. Delivery times vary by region and are shown at checkout.

Order Issues

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement.

If a courier delay occurs, we will assist where possible, but please note seasonal delays during the Christmas period are outside our control.
